The service staff were professional and prompt.

The service department failed me. Don’t tell someone it’ll be an hour and, four hours later, it’s ready. No phone call. No apology. I called after 3 hours and the guy said that he was just talking to them about my car. Yea right. I was so disappointed. I truly understand getting behind; however, have the decency to make a call and explain.

I had an excellent experience at the dealership. They helped me right away and the wait in the waiting room was good. The technicians brought up other issues with my truck right away and were able to get things fixed and repaired while I was there.

You guys made the experience pretty easy to go through.

The staff is friendly, capable and willing to answer my questions. The service was completed with tire rotation in less than hour. Waiting room, clean and well stocked.

I’ve already given my complaints, promised a call from a manager. No such call has been made. At this point I’m over it. I’ve got my car back, that’s what counts.
